KromasilDie Flüssigchromatografie-Säule ist eine klassische C18-gebundene Silikon-Flüssigchromatografie-Säule, die von AkzoNobel in Schweden hergestellt wird. Kromasil ist eine neue Generation von kugelförmigen Silikonfüllstoffen mit hoher Reinheit, großer Flächenverhältnis, hoher mechanischer Festigkeit und hoher Kohlenkettenbedeckung. Der Gehalt an Metallunreinen ist sehr niedrig, was die Vernetzung einiger Chelate auf der Silikon-Matrix-Säule reduziert. Die Oberfläche von Kromasil besteht aus * Silikonhydroxygruppen, eine hohe Abdeckung mit Silikan und ist bei hohen oder niedrigen pH-Bedingungen nicht leicht hydrolysiert und abgebaut. Es erlaubt eine Flussphase mit einem pH von 1,5-9,5. Ein wesentliches Merkmal des Vertrauens der Benutzer auf Kromasil C18* ist seine hervorragende Reproduzierbarkeit, so dass jede Säule das gleiche Diagramm erstellen kann.

KromasilDie Chromatografie-Säulen verfügen über ein komplettes Füllstoffsystem von der Analyse bis zur Präparation und bieten derzeit Füllstoffbindungen wie C18, C4, C8, SI, NH2, CN, Phenyl, Diol sowie manuelle Füllstoffe TBB und DMB. Es gibt drei Arten von Öffnungen 60A, 100A und 300A, um die Analyse verschiedener Bedingungen zu erfüllen. Füllstoffpartikelgrößen können sechs Arten von 3,5um, 5um, 7um, 10um, 13um und 16um zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Vollständige Sorte, hohe Qualität.

Kromasil 100-5-NH2Aminochromatographische SäulenEs handelt sich um eine leistungsstarke Flüssigchromatografie-Säule, die eine Alaningruppe an ein Kromasil-Silikon mit einem Durchmesser von 100 Å bindet. Für die Analyse von Nahrungsmittelproben geeignet, kann der Betrieb der positiven Phase und der umgekehrten Flussphase erfüllt werden. Bei Verwendung unter Gegenphase-Bedingungen ist die Aminobindungsphase anfälliger für die Hydrolyse, daher sollten die Einschränkungen der Betriebsbedingungen beachtet werden.
